Kimchi, Kim chi or Kimchee, if you love Korean food than you might already familiar with it.  It is crunch, spicy and has a fresh healthy flavor that has made this Korean recipe one on the list of the favorites adopted Hawaiian foods.

For anyone who loves Korean food and any adventurous foodies, welcome, you are at the right place at the right time.

For the rest of you, it is time to leave. This will not be for those who are less then than willing to widen their paste palate.

This is going to be about creating authentic Korean recipes right in your own kitchen.  It is time for you to learn, to create a taste that is found in every Korean restaurant and a time for me to teach.

It is time for kimchi, kim chi, kimchee and even kim chee, however you  say it is all the same thing.  It is good eats, as Alton Brown would say.  Everyone has fallen love with this Korean recipe so much that it has even found its way into the food network.

This is a Korean recipe that is a must try, it is spicy, but don’t fret because like any recipe it can be adjusted to your own palate.

But my suggestion is to kick it up a notch, keep it just a bit on the spicier side of your comfort zone, not only for the many health benefits from promoting weight lose with an increased metabolism to a stronger immune system, but also because it is part of the flavors that is kimchee.

Get out your chopping board, your favorite knife, set up ingredients, it’s time for some fun, it’s Kimchi time!

Lets start your lesson in Korean recipes, this is exactly what it is, there are some many different kimchi recipes. This recipe is one of the favorites that have been adopted into what I consider to be the most exciting and diverse burst of flavors called Hawaiian Food Recipes.

I love Kimchi! I used to have a Korean friend who fed me when I was too broke to buy food and she got me hooked on this dish . . . the first few times I nearly burned out my throat, but then got used to it. Thanks for the recipes!
